Effective date: 28 May 2026
Last updated: 28 May 2026

Contact email: ggahramaq@gmail.com
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ALTT.
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use ALTT, including our website, accounts, free features, paid subscriptions, AI Tutor, study materials, exam preparation tools, and any related services we provide.
By accessing or using ALTT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ALTT.
These Terms are written for students, parents, teachers, tutors, and other users. We have tried to make them clear and practical, while still explaining the legal rules that apply to the service.
1. About ALTT
ALTT is an AI-powered exam preparation platform. ALTT provides digital study tools and educational resources that may include AI Tutor, past papers, flashcards, exam questions, target tests, revision notes, and other study features.
These Terms apply to your use of ALTT. In these Terms, “ALTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the ALTT service provided through https://altt.site.
You can contact us about support, legal questions, account issues, copyright concerns, payment issues, or these Terms at:
In the future, ALTT may use a different support or legal email address, such as support@altt.site. If this changes, we will update the contact information shown on ALTT.
2. Other policies that apply
These Terms should be read together with our other policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how ALTT collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data, including account information, study progress, AI Tutor messages, billing status, cookies, device or browser data, and other information needed to provide the service.
The Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, refund limits, and how to request a refund.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate policy, the more specific policy will apply to that specific issue, unless stated otherwise.
3. Who can use ALTT
You must be at least 13 years old to use ALTT.
If you are under 13, you must not use ALTT, create an account, or send personal information to ALTT. If we learn that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a person under the age of 13, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.
Users under 18 may use ALTT, but they should do so with the permission and guidance of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
If you are under 18 and you purchase a paid plan, membership, subscription, or other paid feature, you confirm that you have permission from the card holder or payment method owner. The card holder or payment method owner must be at least 18 years old.
Parents may create or help manage an account for a child who is at least 13 years old. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the child’s use of ALTT and making sure the child follows these Terms.
Teachers and tutors may create accounts and use ALTT for their own teaching, tutoring, lesson preparation, and classroom support. At this time, ALTT does not provide a class-management feature that lets teachers create student accounts, manage a class, or assign work directly inside the platform. Teachers may, however, use ALTT to create their own study materials or tests and may download or share those materials with their students where this is allowed by these Terms.
4. Availability by country and payment access
ALTT may be available to users worldwide.
However, access to paid features may depend on the availability of our payment provider. ALTT uses Paddle or another third-party payment provider to process payments. Some countries, regions, users, transactions, or payment methods may be blocked or unsupported by the payment provider because of sanctions, banking rules, anti-money-laundering rules, fraud prevention, or other compliance reasons.
If paid access is not available in your country or region, you may still be able to use the free version of ALTT, if available.
We do not promise that paid subscriptions will be available in every country or region at all times.
5. What ALTT provides
ALTT provides digital learning and exam preparation tools. Depending on your account, plan, location, device, and feature availability, these tools may include:
- AI Tutor;
- past papers;
- flashcards;
- exam questions;
- target tests;
- revision notes;
- progress-related features;
- other study and exam preparation features that ALTT may add later.
Some features may be experimental, limited, or in beta. These may include mock exams, study plans, smart lessons, strength analysis, and other features that are still being tested or improved.
Beta features may change, break, disappear, produce incomplete results, or be limited to certain users. We may update, rename, limit, pause, or remove features at any time.
ALTT may offer different features to free users and paid users. Some features may require an account. Some features may require a paid subscription.
6. ALTT is not an exam board
ALTT is independent. ALTT is not an official exam board, school, university, government body, or official testing organization.
ALTT may refer to exam names, exam boards, qualifications, and educational organizations such as IGCSE, SAT, Cambridge, Edexcel, OxfordAQA, College Board, and similar names. These names are used only for identification, study organization, and exam preparation purposes.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, ALTT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to any exam board or educational organization.
Any third-party exam papers, mark schemes, specifications, trademarks, logos, names, or other materials referenced through ALTT belong to their respective owners.
7. Official past papers and third-party materials
ALTT may organize, reference, or link to official past papers, mark schemes, specifications, or other third-party educational materials.
ALTT will only host official past paper PDFs or similar materials where we have permission, a license, or another lawful basis to do so. In other cases, ALTT may link to official or third-party sources instead of hosting the material directly.
Third-party materials are controlled by their owners, not by ALTT. We are not responsible if a third-party website changes, removes, blocks, restricts, or updates its materials.
We try to organize study materials in a useful way, but we do not guarantee that every link, paper, mark scheme, syllabus, or external resource will always be available, accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your exam.
You should always check the official exam board website, your school, your teacher, or the official exam specification for the most accurate and current exam requirements.
If you believe that any content on ALTT infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, please contact us at ggahramaq@gmail.com with enough information for us to review the issue.
8. AI Tutor and AI-generated content
ALTT may include AI-powered features, including an AI Tutor and AI-generated explanations, feedback, practice questions, study suggestions, or marking support.
AI-generated content can be helpful, but it may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated, or unsuitable for your exact exam board, school, teacher, syllabus, or marking scheme.
You should not treat AI-generated content as official exam guidance, official marking, professional advice, or a guaranteed correct answer.
You should double-check important answers, methods, formulas, exam requirements, and mark schemes using trusted sources, including your teacher, textbook, official exam board materials, and official specifications.
AI feedback on practice answers is for learning and practice only. It is not official grading. AI-generated marks may be approximate and may be wrong.
ALTT does not guarantee that using the AI Tutor will improve your grades, help you pass an exam, or produce any particular academic result.
9. Academic honesty
ALTT is designed to support learning, practice, revision, and exam preparation. It must not be used for cheating or academic dishonesty.
You must not use ALTT to:
- submit AI-generated work as your own where this is not allowed by your school, teacher, exam board, or institution;
- ask ALTT to complete assignments, essays, homework, coursework, or exam answers dishonestly;
- submit real live-exam questions or confidential exam content during an active exam;
- avoid learning by using ALTT only to copy answers;
- break any academic integrity rule that applies to you.
If we reasonably believe that you are using ALTT for cheating, academic dishonesty, abuse, or misuse, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access.
10. AI messages, storage, and third-party AI providers
AI Tutor messages may be stored so that ALTT can provide chat history, account history, personalization, support review, safety review, and related service features.
AI Tutor messages and related inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, so that the AI features can work.
ALTT does not use your AI Tutor messages to sell your personal messages to others. ALTT also does not use your messages to create public profiles about you. AI Tutor messages are stored mainly to provide chat history, account history, support, safety review, and related service features. Any use of AI Tutor messages for security, support, safety, or product improvement will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential school information, private information about other people, payment details, passwords, or anything you would not want processed by ALTT or its service providers.
11. Accounts
Some parts of ALTT may be available without an account, such as the landing page, pricing page, public demo pages, or sample content.
Personalized features require an account. These may include AI Tutor, saved progress, flashcards, mock exams, study plans, saved results, Premium features, and other account-based tools.
To create an account, you may need to provide information such as your name or username, email address, password, selected exams and subjects, preferred study style, current level, and other information needed to personalize your experience.
You may also be able to sign in using Google or another third-party login provider. If you use a third-party login provider, your use of that login provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using your account. You must not create an account using false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized information.
You should generally create and use only one account. You must not create multiple accounts to bypass free limits, payment rules, trials, suspensions, restrictions, or any other limit.
12. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
You must not share your account with friends, family members, classmates, students, teachers, tutors, schools, or anyone else. Accounts are personal and may not be shared unless ALTT clearly allows this in writing.
You must not sell, rent, lend, transfer, or give access to your account to anyone else.
If you believe your account has been hacked, accessed without permission, or used by someone else, you should contact us immediately at ggahramaq@gmail.com.
We may help you secure your account, but you remain responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the law says otherwise.
13. Free plan, Premium plan, and feature limits
ALTT may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans.
The free plan gives limited access and limited usage. The exact free plan limits may be shown on the pricing page, checkout page, account page, or inside the product.
Current free plan limits may include:
- 5 AI Tutor questions total;
- 1 subject at a time;
- up to 50 flashcards;
- 1 sample mini mock exam each week;
- basic streak tracking.
These limits may change as ALTT develops.
Premium plans may include higher or unlimited access to certain features, depending on the plan and feature availability. Premium features may include:
- unlimited AI Tutor questions for normal personal study use;
- AI Tutor modes such as Step-by-step, Hint mode, and Check my answer;
- unlimited subjects;
- full question bank access by topic and difficulty;
- unlimited flashcards;
- spaced repetition scheduling;
- mastery map and progress tracking;
- AI-generated mock exams;
- study plan generator;
- saved study history.
Some Premium features may be in beta, may not be available immediately, or may change over time.
“Unlimited” means that the feature is intended for normal personal study use and is subject to fair use, technical limits, safety limits, abuse prevention, and these Terms. It does not allow automated scraping, account sharing, commercial copying, mass generation, resale, or unusually high usage that harms ALTT, other users, or the stability or cost of the service.
We may change free plan limits, Premium features, pricing, or plan benefits in the future. Material changes that affect current paid users will normally apply from a future billing period, and we will try to notify affected users before the change takes effect.
14. Fair use and AI usage limits
AI features depend on third-party providers, service capacity, technical availability, and safety systems. ALTT may apply fair-use rules to protect the service and keep it reliable for users.
We may limit, slow down, block, or review usage if we reasonably believe that an account is:
- using automated systems, scripts, bots, or scraping tools;
- making unusually high or abusive AI requests;
- sharing access with others;
- bypassing free or paid limits;
- using ALTT to create a competing product;
- generating or distributing harmful, illegal, abusive, or academically dishonest content;
- creating technical, safety, security, or cost problems for ALTT.
For free users, ALTT may limit AI usage for technical, safety, cost, or product reasons.
For Premium users, ALTT intends to provide higher or unlimited AI access for normal personal study use. However, ALTT may still apply fair-use, security, and safety protections. ALTT may also change AI providers, AI models, or AI systems when needed for quality, availability, safety, reliability, technical performance, or sustainability of the service.
15. Payments, billing, and subscriptions
ALTT may offer paid subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
Prices are shown on the pricing page, checkout page, or payment page before you purchase. We may charge in United States dollars. Taxes, VAT, and other charges may be added at checkout depending on your location, payment provider, and applicable law.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
Billing happens according to the plan you choose:
- weekly plans bill every week;
- monthly plans bill every month;
- yearly plans bill once per year.
Payments may be processed by Paddle or another third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and charges for your selected plan.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from the card holder or payment method owner before making any purchase.
16. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
You may be able to cancel through:
- your ALTT account settings;
- the Paddle customer or payment portal;
- contacting support at ggahramaq@gmail.com.
If you cancel, your Premium access will usually continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not usually create an automatic refund for unused time.
You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want your subscription to renew.
17. Failed payments
If a payment fails, your subscription may become past due. The payment provider may retry the payment and may ask you to update your payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable time, ALTT may limit, pause, or remove Premium access. In most cases, a failed payment will affect Premium access rather than deleting your account.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, expired payment method, insufficient funds, blocked transaction, unsupported country, or incorrect billing information.
18. Trials, upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes
ALTT may offer trials, discounts, promotional offers, or special pricing. These may have additional terms, eligibility rules, time limits, or usage limits.
If a trial requires a payment method, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan. The timing and billing effect of a plan change may depend on ALTT’s settings and the payment provider’s rules.
An upgrade may take effect immediately, and any unused value from the previous plan may be credited or prorated where supported. A downgrade will usually take effect at the next renewal date unless ALTT or the payment provider states otherwise.
We may change prices in the future. Price changes will normally apply from a future billing period and will not be applied secretly or retroactively. For material price changes affecting current paid users, we will try to give reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
19. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
As a general rule, ALTT may offer a limited refund window of 7 days after a user’s first purchase. Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions may be refundable within 7 days of the first purchase, unless the account has heavily used Premium features or another exception applies.
Renewals are usually not refundable. Forgetting to cancel before renewal will usually not qualify for a refund, but ALTT may review cases individually.
ALTT may consider refunds in special cases, such as accidental purchases reported quickly or serious technical issues that prevented use of the paid service and could not be fixed by support.
ALTT usually will not provide refunds because an AI answer was wrong, incomplete, or not useful, because these Terms clearly explain that AI-generated content may be inaccurate.
ALTT usually will not provide refunds if a user loses access because they violated these Terms, misused the service, shared an account, committed payment fraud, or used ALTT dishonestly.
To request a refund, contact ggahramaq@gmail.com and include:
- the email address connected to your ALTT account;
- the payment date;
- the plan purchased;
- the reason for the refund request;
- any relevant screenshots or details.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days after approval, but the final arrival time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method.
Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that you may have under mandatory consumer law.
20. User content
You may submit content to ALTT, including AI Tutor messages, written answers, practice answers, flashcards, prompts, and other content you create or provide through the service.
At this time, ALTT may not support uploaded images, uploaded PDFs, or notes in all areas of the product, but these features may be added later.
You keep ownership of the content that you create or submit to ALTT, as far as you own that content in the first place.
By submitting content to ALTT, you give ALTT permission to store, process, analyze, display, personalize, and use that content as needed to provide the service. This includes using your content to show your chat history, save progress, provide AI feedback, personalize study features, display your own flashcards or answers to you, and maintain your account.
Where possible, ALTT may use anonymized or aggregated information to understand and improve the product. This means information that does not directly identify you.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
You must not upload, paste, submit, or share leaked exam papers, copyrighted books, paid resources, confidential school materials, private information about others, or other content that infringes someone else’s rights.
We may remove user content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, violates the law, violates someone else’s rights, creates risk for ALTT, or harms other users.
21. Sharing ALTT content and generated study materials
You may copy, download, or print ALTT-generated explanations, flashcards, practice materials, or study notes for your own personal study.
Teachers and tutors may use reasonable portions of ALTT content in their own teaching or tutoring, provided they do not sell, publish, mass-copy, or misrepresent the content.
You may share small amounts of ALTT-generated study content with classmates, friends, students, or study groups for personal, non-commercial learning.
You must not:
- sell ALTT content;
- package ALTT content into paid resources;
- upload full ALTT content libraries publicly;
- use ALTT content to build a competing product;
- copy ALTT’s question banks, explanations, UI, flows, or systems at scale;
- claim ALTT content as your own commercial product;
- remove copyright, ownership, or attribution notices where they appear.
You may post normal screenshots, reviews, or comments about ALTT, but you must not share screenshots in a way that exposes private data, misleads people into thinking you officially represent ALTT, or copies substantial parts of ALTT for commercial use.
22. Acceptable use rules
You must use ALTT lawfully, honestly, and responsibly.
You must not:
- hack, attack, overload, disrupt, or damage ALTT;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or areas you are not allowed to access;
- bypass free plan limits, Premium limits, payment rules, security systems, or usage limits;
- share, sell, rent, lend, or resell ALTT accounts or access;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers, automated tools, or other systems to access, copy, extract, or generate content at scale;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to discover ALTT’s source code, systems, prompts, models, workflows, or underlying logic, except where the law clearly allows it;
- use ALTT to create, train, improve, or support a competing product or dataset;
- submit malware, viruses, harmful code, or anything designed to damage systems;
- harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users, ALTT staff, teachers, students, or third parties;
- submit illegal, hateful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content;
- submit private information about another person without permission;
- pretend to be ALTT, an ALTT team member, another user, a teacher, a school, an exam board, or any other person or organization;
- use ALTT for cheating, academic dishonesty, or live-exam misconduct;
- submit real exam questions during an active exam;
- upload or submit copyrighted material unless you have the right to do so;
- remove or hide ownership, copyright, trademark, or rights notices;
- use ALTT in a way that violates any law, regulation, school rule, exam board rule, or third-party right.
We may automatically block, rate-limit, review, suspend, or restrict suspicious activity.
23. Intellectual property
ALTT owns or licenses the ALTT name, logo, branding, design, user interface, code, software, systems, workflows, original explanations, original questions, generated content systems, platform content, and other materials provided through ALTT, except for user content and third-party materials.
Using ALTT does not give you ownership of ALTT’s intellectual property.
You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ALTT for your own learning, teaching, tutoring, or exam preparation, subject to these Terms.
You may not use ALTT’s name, logo, branding, or screenshots in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, approval, endorsement, ownership, or official representation unless we give written permission.
All third-party trademarks, exam names, organization names, logos, exam papers, mark schemes, specifications, and materials belong to their respective owners.
If you send ALTT feedback, suggestions, feature ideas, corrections, or improvement ideas, ALTT may use them without payment, restriction, or obligation to you.
24. Third-party services and links
ALTT may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, AI providers, authentication providers, hosting providers, exam board websites, official past paper sources, and other educational resources.
Third-party services are not controlled by ALTT. They may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limits, availability rules, and technical requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, errors, delays, payment failures, outages, security issues, or changes.
You should review third-party terms and privacy policies where relevant.
25. Progress, saved data, and backups
ALTT may save study progress, quiz attempts, practice answers, strength analysis history, AI Tutor chats, billing status, and other account-related data so that users can continue studying and use personalized features. Where saved flashcards, custom flashcards, notes, or uploaded materials are available, ALTT may also save those materials as part of your account.
ALTT tries to protect saved data, but we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, unavailable, or accidentally deleted.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content, study notes, answers, AI Tutor explanations, or other materials that you may need outside ALTT.
At this time, ALTT does not promise a full data export feature.
You may request deletion of your account or certain data by contacting support. After account deletion, your saved progress, AI chats, study history, subscription features, and any saved user-created materials may no longer be available. Some limited information may be kept where needed for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup, or compliance reasons.
26. Privacy
Your use of ALTT involves the collection and use of personal data. This may include name, email, login data, selected exams and subjects, study progress, answers, flashcards, AI Tutor messages, billing status, cookies, device information, browser information, and other information needed to provide the service.
ALTT may collect personal data from users who are at least 13 years old, including students.
ALTT may use cookies and similar technologies for login, preferences, security, and service functionality.
ALTT may share limited information with payment providers such as Paddle to process subscriptions and billing. ALTT may share AI Tutor messages and related inputs with AI providers such as OpenAI to provide AI features.
The Privacy Policy explains these practices in more detail. By using ALTT, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read the Privacy Policy.
27. Service availability and changes
ALTT is provided as a digital service. We try to keep it useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific uptime percentage.
ALTT may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, overload, security issues, internet problems, third-party service failures, payment provider issues, hosting issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonable, we may try to notify users before planned maintenance, but we do not promise notice every time.
We may add, change, limit, rename, pause, or remove features at any time. We may also discontinue ALTT or parts of ALTT. If ALTT is discontinued, we will try to give reasonable notice where possible and may provide access until the end of a billing period, a credit, a refund, data assistance, or another remedy where required or appropriate.
ALTT may not work on all devices, browsers, operating systems, or internet connections. You are responsible for having a suitable device, browser, and internet connection.
28. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may close your account at any time by contacting ggahramaq@gmail.com.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your account or access to ALTT if we reasonably believe that you have:
- violated these Terms;
- used ALTT for cheating or academic dishonesty;
- shared your account;
- created multiple accounts to bypass limits;
- failed to pay for a paid plan;
- committed payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
- hacked, scraped, attacked, or disrupted ALTT;
- infringed copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- submitted harmful, illegal, unsafe, or abusive content;
- harassed users or staff;
- misused AI features;
- created risk for ALTT, other users, or third parties.
For payment failure, we may suspend or remove Premium access without deleting your whole account.
For serious issues, we may act without prior notice. Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an explanation.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you may lose access to Premium features, saved progress, flashcards, AI chats, study history, and other account content. You may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the Refund Policy and applicable law.
You may contact ggahramaq@gmail.com if you believe your account was suspended by mistake.
ALTT does not currently plan to delete accounts only because they are inactive.
29. No guarantee of accuracy, grades, or results
ALTT is a study support tool. It is not a replacement for teachers, schools, textbooks, official exam board materials, official specifications, or your own independent judgment.
ALTT does not guarantee:
- better grades;
- exam success;
- admission to any school, university, or program;
- that every AI answer is correct;
- that every explanation is complete;
- that every question matches a real exam;
- that every mark or feedback point is accurate;
- that a study plan will work for every student;
- that ALTT will match the way your teacher, school, or exam board expects an answer.
Learning results depend on many factors, including your effort, time, prior knowledge, school support, teacher guidance, exam difficulty, health, personal circumstances, and the official requirements of your exam board.
You rely on ALTT content and services at your own risk.
30. Disclaimer of warranties
ALTT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
This means that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise that ALTT will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs.
We do not promise that:
- AI answers will always be correct;
- content will always be complete or up to date;
- defects will always be fixed immediately;
- ALTT will work on every device or browser;
- ALTT will always be free from bugs, viruses, or harmful components;
- third-party services will always work correctly;
- saved data will never be lost.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
31. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ALTT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, academic loss, exam loss, or similar damages.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ALTT is not responsible for losses caused by:
- wrong, incomplete, or unclear AI answers;
- reliance on ALTT instead of official exam materials;
- exam results or academic outcomes;
- downtime or service interruptions;
- data loss or corrupted saved content;
- payment provider issues;
- third-party links or materials;
- device, browser, internet, or compatibility problems;
- unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account;
- misuse of ALTT by you or another person using your account.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ALTT’s total liability for any claim relating to ALTT or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to ALTT for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid ALTT, ALTT’s liability will be limited to the lowest amount allowed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
32. Your responsibility to ALTT
If your use of ALTT, your content, your account activity, or your violation of these Terms causes a claim, loss, fine, cost, liability, or legal expense for ALTT, you agree to be responsible for it to the extent allowed by law.
This may include claims related to copyright infringement, misuse of third-party materials, account sharing, payment fraud, cheating, illegal content, hacking, scraping, or other misuse of ALTT.
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian may be responsible for your use of ALTT and any payments made with their permission.
33. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make a material change, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice by email or by posting the updated Terms on ALTT. Material changes may include changes to pricing, subscription terms, refund rules, user rights, or major feature access.
For smaller changes, we may post the updated Terms on ALTT without separate notice.
The updated Terms will apply from the effective date shown in the updated document.
If you continue using ALTT after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using ALTT and cancel any paid subscription before the next renewal date.
We may keep previous versions of these Terms internally and may provide them upon request where reasonable.
34. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, except where mandatory local consumer laws give you rights that cannot be removed or limited.
Before starting a legal claim, you agree to first contact ALTT at ggahramaq@gmail.com and try to resolve the issue informally. We will try to review and respond to disputes in good faith.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either side may take further action.
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or ALTT will be handled by the courts of Azerbaijan, including courts located in Baku where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
35. General terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
If we do not enforce a part of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your account, subscription, rights, or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written permission.
ALTT may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms if ALTT changes ownership, forms a legal company, reorganizes, sells assets, merges, or transfers the service, provided this does not unfairly reduce your legal rights.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms shown at checkout or inside ALTT, form the agreement between you and ALTT for your use of the service.
